For obvious reasons, Christmas is a good time for small paintings. This year we invited ten of our regular artists to paint on canvas or boards measuring ten inches square. The number of works by each artist ranges from three to ten paintings, so there is a lot of choice.

Participating artists: Steven Lindsay, Anna Perlin, John Evans, Rose Strang, Boo Mallinson, Lucy McKie, Michael Clark, Molly Garnier, James Russell Cowper, Sylvia Paul.

Artists often like the creative challenge of producing small paintings, and we have a wonderful mix of brand-new works. Across a wide range of styles and media, the exhibition offers something to suit all tastes. All works are framed, so ready to go straight onto someone’s wall!
