Jeannette was born in Sweden 1962. She completed her Foundation Studies at the Royal Berkshire College of Art and graduated with a B.A (Hons) Fine Art Painting from Kingston University in 1985.

She is President and Publicity Secretary of The Pastel Society UK and a member of the Chelsea Art Society.
